¡Viva México!
I have been posting daily – sometimes twice a day. Each time I do so, I say to myself that I need to slow it down – but I would be remiss to let this day pass without a special felicidades a México on their 200th birthday.
(If you need a party to go to, my friend, Juan, is throwing a fantastic pachanga at his place. Check it out. Oye, I already visited but I didn’t have time to get something to eat. Bring me back a plate, okay?)

I live in San Jose, California, where we are having a weeklong celebrations, complete with an “el grito!”
